5 out of 5 starsIdeal for hanging light decorative items. Perfect addition to our nursery and looks a lot more stylish than using a nail. Really sticky so not concerned about them falling down at all (plus can just remove them if baby starts grabbing!)

Frequently asked questions
How fast will my item arrive?
Orders take 1-3 working days for us to process, as all items are made to order.
All items: Posted 2nd class/RM 48 - approx 2-5 working days (not guaranteed)
If you wish for faster delivery please upgrade at checkout to either 1st class (1-3 working days) or special delivery - guaranteed next day delivery (UK mainland only).
Our special delivery upgrade means that once we have made your item it will be delivered the next working day. (Mon-Fri) You will need to be in to accept and sign for the parcel.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel/amend your order, this MUST be done via Etsy convos and CAN'T be requested via e-mail
We will issue a full refund if:
- Your order hasn’t been produced
- Your non-personalised order hasn’t been dispatched
- Your order arrives damaged/faulty (proof required)
We will offer a partial refund if:
- Your non-personalised order has been received and is no longer wanted. Buyer is responsible for posting back in original packaging and item must be received back to us in a resalable condition. We will then issue a refund on the item only, once received
We won’t offer a refund if:
- Your personalised order has been produced
All refunds take approx 3-5 working days for Etsy to process back onto the card
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
As standard we only offer tracking on international Prints and Engraved Gifts
For other tracking options please contact us.
Can you rush the processing time of my order?
If you need your order processing quicker than our standard 3 days then please contact us BEFORE your purchase.
We can then make sure we can accomdate your request, if we can then a custom order will be set up with an additional £5.00 rush order fee.
How do I personalise my item?
In the listing please select your options from the dropdown menus and fill in ALL information requested in the personalisation box.
If you haven't supplied all the information needed we'll contact you via Etsy convos, if we still haven't received all the details to personalise your item within 2 days, your order will be paused for 14 days, after then we will cancel your order.
What happens if i've given incorrect personalisation details or incomplete delivery address on my order?
All buyers are responsible for checking the personalisation details and/or delivery address on their order is complete and correct before submitting their purchase.
We, the seller, create all orders based on the details we are provided with.
Delivery information, is automatically sent through to our mail system, these are then ready for us to print, therefore its really important these are checked by you.
We always recommend using a full and correct name on the address too, as you may not be able to collect items from your local depot, if needed, if the name on the item doesn't match what is on your ID.
Please let us know of any errors you notice ASAP, as if your item has not been made or posted we may be able to alter them.
Returns Policy
We only accept returns on non-personalised items, as long as they’re returned to us (at your own cost) in a new & unused condition.
Any items that have been personalised in any way are non-refundable / non-returnable.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item, and we’ll provide you with our return address.
All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Once we receive the item back in new & unused condition we will issue a refund for the item cost only.
Refunds / Replacement Policy
We can only issue a refund or a replacement if the item you have received is faulty or damaged in transit.
We will require photos of the item(s) and outer packaging in order to file a claim through Royal Mail.
Orders that are delayed:
We post all items via a 2nd class service as standard, this is not a guaranteed service and the delivery dates given by Etsy are only estimated.
Royal Mail require upto 10 workings days to deliver 1st and 2nd class mail before it is classed as lost.
Therefore until this timeframe has passed we cannot issue refunds/replacements for delayed mail and recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance (for UK Mainland) before the date the item is needed for.
I need my item quickly / for a specific date
If you require your order to be delivered by a specific date / need it quickly we have the option to upgrade the postage to Special Delivery.
Special Delivery is only available for UK Mainland addresses.
This is a guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch (this is in addition to our turnaround / processing time).
Royal Mail guarantee that the item will be delivered the next working day after we dispatch it (excludes sundays and bank holidays)
